Our Board of Trustees has a strong and diverse range of experience in both the charity and business sector. It includes climate change policy and technical knowledge, strategy development and delivery, and operational and financial management. The Board sets the overall strategy and annual objectives, and receives and discusses regular progress reports.

Day to day management of our key programmes is in the hands of a very experienced Programme Director, who has a track record of successfully delivery of complex charity projects domestically and internationally both within InterClimate Network and in other charities.

The Board has agreed, and regularly reviews, a comprehensive set of Policies and Procedures. These include policies and procedures on Privacy and on Safeguarding.
